It depends on the time of year and the public health protocols in place. In the past, we have held indoor events at Au Bassin (Sainte Cathérine), and outdoor events at both the Atomium and our Freespace garden in Uccle.

Yes. We charge a modest fee of EUR 10. This covers the price of entrance, an English Afternoon Tea with tea and cakes, a glass of bubbles and a full afternoon of entertainment (cabaret, live music, DJ, dancing).

Anyone can be a Goldie ! You just have to come to one of our events. But, since we have a limited number of participants it is of uttermost importance to secure a place!

You have to register in advance so we can add your name on the guest list.

Payment can be done by bank transfer or on the door on the day of the event.

Yes! Please let us know if you would like to book a gluten-free or lactose-free meal, or if you have any other specific requirements.

Your health and safety is our priority.

All our staff and volunteers follow rigorous COVID-19 protocols in accordance with government guidelines in operation at the time of the event, specifically for events of less than 100 people.

If you have symptoms of COVID-19, please call your doctor: we will welcome you to our event as soon as you recover.

In addition to individual coaching, our team includes health, motor skills and senior citizen professionals. All our activities are designed to allow everyone to participate, regardless of their skill level and type of disability.

If your needs are more complex, why not bring someone to accompany you? We welcome caregivers and companions at our Thé Dansant.

Unfortunately, we do not provide transportation, but we do our best to ensure we are as close to public transportation as possible.

Dress to impress! We encourage all of our guests to be as classy as possible in order to bring out your FLAMINGOLD!

But we want you to feel comfortable, so if you are happier in more casual, everyday clothes, then that’s great too! We will never turn anyone away.

Yes! The team at Thé Dansant particularly welcomes those who come alone. We will ensure that you feel comfortable and included at all times.

Our Thé Dansant is for GOLDIES over 65 years old only. We do, however, welcome younger participants if they are caregivers or support companions.

If you are younger but still want to be a part of Thé Dansant, why not apply to be part of the volunteer team?

Children are not admitted to Thé Dansant.

During Thé Dansant, we often take photos and videos for our records and promotional use.

By attending, you agree that we may use any photos or videos taken during the events for the exclusive use of WARNED.

Volunteering for Thé Dansant is a fantastic way to pay back: we learn so much from our GOLDIES, plus its great fun!

Hosts, Greeters, Waiters, Companions, Set-Up: Thé Dansant always needs new volunteers to set up, welcome, serve, supervise and accompany our GOLDIES. You role is to make our GOLDIES feel welcome, inspired and included. Everyone is a participant at Thé Dansant - no spectators!

Performers: If you are a performer, actor, musician or have an artistic project which you think would complement our Thé Dansant programme, then contact us! Our stage is wide open!
